A. Shipping charges and related information:
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA), VAE
I. Delivery within Germany:
Shipping charges for deliveries within Germany amount to a flat rate per order of 4,99 € incl. VAT.
II. Delivery out of Germany:
Shipping charges for deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland amount to a flat rate of 13,99 € incl. VAT per order.
Shipping charges for deliveries to Canada, United Kingdom (UK), and United States (USA) amount to a flat rate of 19,99 € incl. VAT per order.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in certain cases, which we cannot have influence on (e.g. levies, dutie, taxes due to import regulations, charges for payment transfer services of banks, exchange rate charges) and which you will have to pay if charged.

III. Information regarding deliviery
Delivery periods for delivieries within Germany amount to 3 to 5 days.
Delivery periods for delivieries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland amount to 7 to 10 days.
Delivery periods for delivieries to Canada, United Kingdom (UK), and United States (USA) amount to 7 to 14 days.
Information regarding determination of the date of delivery
The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
If the last day of the deadline is a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLATION & CANCELLATION FORM
Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:
A. Instructions for cancellation
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (AAVI GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 73-75, 65760 Eschborn, Deutschland, Tel.: +49 61 96 / 921 77-72, E-Mail: email@example.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you return the goods to us from Germany and use a return label provided by us for the return, which we will send to you in the event of cancellation by e-mail or by post. You can as well request the return label from us anytime by telephone at the above telephone number or by e-mail to the above e-mail address. Otherwise, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
Partial cancellation for set or bundle orders at special prices
If you are entitled to a right to cancel with regard to your order and if you make use of this right after submitting your contractual declaration for the purchase of a product set with regard to only one set component, we reserve the right to apply the price for the component not affected by the cancellation that would have been due for its individual purchase (i.e. without a price reduction by way of a set purchase). In the case of the above-mentioned partial cancellation, the proportionate purchase price to be refunded is thus calculated as the difference between the purchase price paid and the individual purchase price for the set component not affected by the cancellation. This only applies, however, if you were already informed about the individual purchase price of the set components before submitting your contractual declaration or if you could reasonably identify the corresponding individual purchase prices based on existing information before submitting your contractual declaration. The refund of shipping costs in case of cancellation (see above) remains unaffected.
1) Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods freight forward.
3) Please note that the above general information in section 1 and 2 is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
